The petitioner seeks bail in Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 354(B), 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

As per the FIR, this petitioner is alleged to have tried to molest the informant and when she objected, this petitioner along with other accused persons went at her house, abused her and family members and also thrashed them.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30717 of 2021(3) dt.02-12-2021 2/2 dispute between the parties. In fact, no such occurrence took place and only with a view to harass and humiliate the petitioner this false case has been lodged. The police after investigation submitted chargesheet under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 IPC. Petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2021. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021.
