2. Learned APP for the State Mr. Madan Kumar has filed counter affidavit in this case and the same is taken on record.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 20/22 of the NDPS Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused in a case where there is recovery of one tree of ganja.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 9.2.2025 and she is a women.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jehanabad/concerned Court below in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025.
