JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49785 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2015, other co-accused have been allowed pre arrest bail, there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather allegation is against both the accused to which the learned APP opposes by submitting that the wife of the petitioner has been allowed pre arrest bail on the ground of gender and during post mortem cause of death has been found due to shock and hemorrhage due to the injuries caused by hard and blunt substance as such the post mortem report corroborates the prosecution version.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected.
