2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner, who is not named in the first information report, has been falsely implicated. His name has transpired on the basis of extra-judicial confession of co-accused Sanjiv Paswan who is named in the FIR. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
