2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024, registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The case of the prosecution is that as per written application of the informant, Punita Devi, on 13.12.2024 at about 8 P.M. when the informant's husband went outside to attend the natural call, the petitioner No.1, Saryug Das, assaulted by means of iron rod causing head injury and when the informant raised Halla, then the informant was also

No.22795 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/3 assaulted by means of fist and leg due to which she fell down thereafter, co-accused Raushan Kumar assaulted the informant's father-in-law by means of Khanti causing head injury. It is further alleged that Bittu Kumar assaulted Ramesh Mochi by means of iron rod due to which he sustained injury on his head, Co-accused, Rakesh Kumar, assaulted Anisa Kumar by menas of iron rod on his head, the petitioner No.3, Azad Kumar assaulted Ranju Devi by means of lathi.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have committed no offence and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. He also submits that except Saryug Das, petitioner No.1, who has one criminal antecedent and rest of the petitioners have got no criminal history. He also submits that there is case and counter case between the parties, and therefore, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case.
5. Based on these allegation, the learned APP for the State submits that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners should be rejected.
6. Although from the record, it appears that there is specific allegation of assault against the petitioners which stands corroborated by injury report, from perusal of the injury report
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22795 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 3/3 which has been brought on record ,it is clear that simple injuries were sustained by Karu Ram, Renu Devi and Umesh Ram, and therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioners should be granted privilege of anticipatory bail.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court is inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to all the petitioners.
8. Let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like each amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024, subject to the condition laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
