Patna High Court MJC No.1258 of 2019(3) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 for the petitioner in the year 2019 itself. As per it, the SubDivisional Officer, Benipatti has disposed of the Land Ceiling Case No. 08/16 of 1973-74 and Misc. Case No. 01 of 2018 allowing unit measuring 25 acres of land.
