This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Six hundred grams of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 08.09.2016.

Submission is that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and the recovered quantity comes within small quantity.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Special Case No. 22 of 2016 arising out of C-93(7) of 2016 under Murliganj Police Station to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Madhepura, or successor Court.
