Petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.08.2016 in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Some unknown person has stolen away the tractor of the informant.
The submission of the petitioner is that neighbour Ajit Kumar had parked the said tractor in front of the house of the petitioner saying that he has purchased the said tractor. The said parking place was for parking the tractor of the petitioner, which was elsewhere in use, only on that basis the petitioner has been

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Amit Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No.174 of 2016.
