The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kauwakole P.S.Case No.221 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioners is about recovery of 160 ltrs. of liquor from the vehicle and the petitioner was arrested from there.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the he has been falsely implicated in this case, he is neither the drover nor owner of the vehicle. He is having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for 2 months.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73813 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Kauwakole P.S.Case No.221 of 2018.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
