Mr.Binod Kumar No.3, Adv ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State in virtual Court.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419,420,466,467,468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR would reveal that allegation is against Mr. Pradeep Kumar Singh, the then Revenue Clerk to have created Jamabandi in respect of the referred land in favour of the petitioner and his brothers.

Submission is that the error was rectified subsequently by the Revenue Clerk and no role is there assigned against the petitioner.

No.25842 of 2020(3) dt.06-11-2020 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Laxmipur P.S.Case No.256 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court , failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
