14-10-2015 Heard Sri Ravi Shankar Sahay, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Raj Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Dandari P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ofcourse, 307 of the I.P.C. has been added in the F.I.R., the injury was examined by the doctor, which suggests that it was simple in nature. He further submits that there was case and counter case between the parties.
