This is an application for quashing of the order dated 18.09.2010 passed in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 526/2000/ G.R. No. 2144/2000 by the Court of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad, whereby the cognizance was taken for the offences under sections 353, 385, 379, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the case.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage .
