Petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Co-accused Punjit Yadav is full brother of the petitioners. He was arrested by the police and on his confessional statement three fire-arms, cartridges and some materials to be used in manufacturing fire-arms were recovered.

Submission of the petitioners is that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and only material against the petitioners is confessional statement of Punjit Yadav.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49926 of 2016 (3) dt.30-01-2017 2/2 They are in custody since 20.06.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura/Successor Court, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.336 of 2016.
