SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-07-2015 Counsel for the petitioners, the State and the Zila Parishad, Saran at Chapra state that the demolition in the light of the orders of the High Court has been made and the prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against the official respondents have become infructuous.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous, however, granting liberty to the contempt petitioners that if constructions are not raised within six months the applicants will again be at liberty to approach this Court for contempt of the orders of the High Court.
