The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 359 of 2018 for the offenses punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding recovery of four alleged stolen mobiles from the outer room of the house of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date no claimant has come to claim the ownership of the said mobiles which are alleged to be stolen ones. It is further submitted that the said mobile belongs to the petitioner and the petitioner is having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70447 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.08.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran (Bettiah) in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 359 of 2018.
