This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 (1-a), 26(1), 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 26(2), 35 of the Arms Act. As per prosecution, the entire family members of the petitioner is involved in running illegal arms factory. Huge recovery of arms has been made from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested from the spot. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is
