2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to treat the petitioner in continuous service since her date of appointment date i.e. 11.03.2015 with her due salary sine 23.09.2018 to 17.11.2021.

3. In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 6) along with all the necessary

4. In the event the petitioner files her representation within the stipulated period, the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur (Respondent No. 6) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order and if the claim of the petitioner is found correct, the entire admissible dues shall be paid to her.
