10.04.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Looking at the background under which the present F.I.R. has been filed, the chances of false implication of large number of persons cannot be ruled out at this stage. The allegation of SC & ST Act is more made than made out.

In view of the same, anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42840 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with SC & ST P.
