The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act and section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act.
It is submitted that petitioner petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of call details of mobile phone of co-accused Vikash Kumar. The only material against this petitioner is that this petitioner was in talking term with co-accused Vikash Kumar. Save and except, call detail report there is no material against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
