Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Jitendra Mohan Sharma Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Manoj Kumar No.1, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: The learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 with Regional Manager, Oriental Insurance Company Limited are present.

After persuasion learned counsel for the appellants is agreed to settle this appeal on payment of Rs. 1,00,000/-(one lakh) more without interest besides the payment already received. The respondent No. 2 is also agreed to pay Rs. 1,00,000/- without interest to the claimants besides the payment already made. Accordingly, the respondent no. 2 is directed to deposit the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) before concerned Claim Tribunal within two months and after deposit of the said amount, the concerned Tribunal shall pay the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) to the claimants after proper verification within fifteen days.

In the result, accordingly, this Miscellaneous Appeal is hereby disposed of.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
