Prayer for anticipatory bail of the Petitioner No. 3 is hereby allowed, looking at the relationship of this petitioner with the deceased.

Let Petitioner No. 3, Bibha Devi, in the in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. K. Jha, J. M., Shikrahna at Motihari, in connection with Chhiraiya (Sikar Ganj) P. S. Case No. 65 of 2014, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in subsection (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal
