Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-10-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 17 of 2020 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that parties are Gotias and on account of scuffle between the parties free fight took place between the parties which led filing of case and counter case.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no

No.25874 of 2020(2) dt.14-10-2020 2/2 criminal antecedent and petitioners and informant are Gotias and there is case and counter case, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners subject to the condition that the petitoners shall deposit Rs. 25,000/- cash each in the court below an on depositing of Rs. 25,000/- cash each, the court below shall release the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea, in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 17 of 2020 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The amount of Rs. 25000/- cash each deposited by the petitioners shall abide by final outcome of the pending criminal case.
