It is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn on behalf of the petitioner No. 1.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner No. 2 who apprehends his arrest in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 101/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. There is general and omnibus allegation against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27372 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 petitioner No. 2.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks for today, the petitioner No. 2 (Bhullu Sada) be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 101/2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
