2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 22.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69138 of 2024 for further extension of time to surrender and furnish bail bond before the learned District Court.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application and the affidavit, further period to surrender before the learned District Court is extended till 08.05.2026.

4. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of. The other part of the order dated 22.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69138 of 2024 shall remain intact. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U
