The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint P.S. Case No. 1448C of 2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 498A of Indian Penal Code. Whereas the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are the mother-in-law and the father-in-law, the petitioner No.3 is the brother-in-law of the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners with reference to the complaint submits that the allegations of dowry demand and torture have been made in an omnibus manner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note

No.46059 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2 / 2 of the nature of allegations set out against these petitioners, let the petitioners namely, (1) Sunita Devi, (2) Arvind Prasad Singh @ Aravind Prasad Singh @ Aravind Singh and (3) Gautam Kumar Singh @ Gautam Singh in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon each of them furnishing individual bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 1448C of 2013 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
