2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 43 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from an orchard near Sewa Sadan Hospital and petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the spot. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner has got three criminal antecedent of similar nature.
