The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 641 of 2017 arising out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43175 of 2018 and this is the second time the petitioner has prayed for grant of regular bail in view of the fresh ground that altogether eight witnesses have been examined but none of them have supported the prosecution case which is evident from Annexure-3 series. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22596 of 2019(4) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 custody since 03.08.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-Xth, Begusarai in connection with S.Tr. No. 641 of 2017 arising out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017.
