The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Bind P.S. Case No. 160 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, the informant along with Manju Devi was going to market. The petitioner along with three unknown persons surrounded the informant on the ground that the informant used to inform the police regarding their activities and on pretext the petitioner fired at the informant but fortunately the firing did not hit him and when the informant started fleeing away, the other accused persons also fired indiscriminately but

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22741 of 2017 (4) dt.19-08-2017 due to arrival of the villagers his life could be saved. In paragraph nos. 10, 11 and 13 allegation has been made against the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
