2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 62/2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 27(A) of N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 32.250 kg of ganja was recovered from a bus, below the seat of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.01.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge recovery of ganja from the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
