This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report relates to an allegation of kidnapping of Chhavi Kumari. The petitioner is under suspicion. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 of Criminal Procedure Code stated that no one had kidnapped her rather she had voluntarily married with the petitioner. Considering the statement of the victim girl, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 42 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
