2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harlakhi P. S. Case No. 74 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 103, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per prosecution case, informant alleges that the F.I.R. named accused persons along with some unknown persons committed murder of his brother, due to monetary dispute.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Rajesh Yadav. Co-accused Mahendra Sada and Devendra Yadav have

No. 63715 of 2025 and coaccused Rajesh Yadav have also been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24830 of 2026. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 01.10.2025.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent, period of custody and materials available on record, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions Judge 2nd, Madhubani in connection with Harlakhi P. S. Case No. 74 of 2025.
