Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections-406, 409, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and that the petitioner is said to have misappropriated sum of Rs. 61, 57,726.55/-, by way of price of Customised Mill Rice (CMR) to the tune of 2843 Quintals, this Court would not be inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
