Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against these petitioners is that they abused the informant and started eye teasing and also tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that that petitioners and the informant are next door neighbour and

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is delay of four days in lodging the FIR, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-6th cum Sub Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

with further condition that on release the petitioners shall render their service as volunteer in dedicated Covid-19 hospital for a period of one month. They are required to report to the district Nodal Officer who shall utilize the service of the petitioners appropriately.
