2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per allegation, the co-accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and his family members by means of iron rod and knife. Further, they also snatched the golden chain from the neck of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation on the petitioner to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25856 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 assault the injured. He has been implicated merely because he is father of the assailants. He is under incarceration since 11.02.2025.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
