Two quintals 25 kgs mahua were seized from possession of each of the petitioners while they were carrying the said mahua and for that, each of the petitioners are under custody since 07.08.2016. As per para 3 of the bail petition, it is apparent that each of the petitioners have got absence of criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioners Binod Ram and Vyas Ram each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47580 of 2016 (2) dt.08-11-2016 2/2 each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in Shahpur P.S. case No.194 of 2016.
