Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Tajpur (Waini O.P.) P.S. Case No. 307 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and her husband has been taken into custody in the present case, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23147 of 2022(2) dt.13-05-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur, in connection with Tajpur (Waini O.P.) P.S. Case No. 307 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark her attendance in the Tajpur Police Station, District- Samastipur, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case.
