This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 839 of 2022 registered under section 414 of Indian Penal code and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of country made pistol, Cartridges, Mobiles and one Motorcycle and also the petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22825 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 bail.

The petitioner is also accused in the present case under Section 385, 387 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It seems that the petitioner is regular criminal but considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna City, District-Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 839 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Alamganj police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
