2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025 arising out of Haraiya P.S. Case No. 33 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21(b) and 23(b)/24 of the N.d.P.S. Act.
3. It is alleged that 642 bottles of 100ml each of cough syrup has been recovered from a vehicle.
4. The petitioner claims himself to be a driver of the aforesaid vehicle. The original driving licence of the petitioner has been produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner for perusal, a photocopy of the same is taken on record. The petitioner is custody since 29.11.2024.
5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26720 of 2025(4) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned /Exclusive Special Judge-II-N.D.P.S. Act, East Champaran, Motihari/ concerned Court in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 11 of 2025 arising out of Haraiya P.S.
