JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

There happens to be allegation against the petitioners to have assaulted informant Karuna Devi @ Sabita Devi with rod and farsa and subsequently thereof, others also assaulted over her person including her daughter in-law Nisha Devi. It has also been disclosed that petitioner Dani Rai had snatched away one ear ring. From Annexure-2, it is evident that both the injured Karuna Devi @ Sabita Devi as well as Nisha Devi have sustained simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance. In light thereof, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned lower Court with a prayer of regular bail, which the learned lower Court will favourably consider in the background of nature of injury as indicated above.
