Pursuant to order dated 28.02.2017, the respondent no. 6 is present. He has filed counter affidavit as well as show cause. In the show cause, he has explained as to why no instructions were sent for filing counter affidavit and the main ground is that he was unaware. He has tendered unconditional apology. The Court accepts such apology. However, he is cautioned to be careful in future. As far as merit of the case is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that his grievance has been redressed.
