The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepura (Parmanandpur) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no material against the petitioner in the whole case diary. The seizure list was prepared in presence of the independent witnesses, who were supporters of the present mukhiya.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23425 of 2017 (4) dt.01-08-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Parmanandpur) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
