The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Husband of the petitioner was apprehended when he was carrying 720 litres of liquor on the vehicle registered in the name of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that she has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with
