It is found from the record that the petitioner has approached this Court assailing an order dated 17.02.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cumSpecial Judge, Juvenile Court, at Begusarai in J.J.C.P. No.17 of 2024. An order passed by the Childrens Court at first instance is appealable.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to convert the instant revision to an appeal within one week from the date of this order.
