2. This writ application has been filed for commanding the respondent-Authorities to take action against private Respondent No. 5.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner and private Respondent No. 5 are own brothers. Father of petitioner was a Peon at Nirmali College, who died in harness on 30.09.2016. Thereafter, though the petitioner happens to be elder son, he gave

No sooner he got appointment, Respondent No. 5 turned his eyes from family and stated living at posting place with his nuclear family and left the other family in destitute. Being aggrieved, the instant writ application has been filed.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this Court thinks it appropriate to dispose of this writ application with a direction to the petitioner to raise all the issues raised in the instant writ application by filing representation before the Registrar, Bhupendra Narain Mandal University, Madhepura (Respondent No. 2) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the Registrar, Bhupendra Narain Mandal University, Madhepura (Respondent No. 2) shall dispose of the same and do the needful, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation.
