The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwari Sarif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(b), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The informant is the father of the deceased. It has been alleged that the informant married his daughter with one Pramod Kumar in 2011. The informant's daughter was living with her husband at Rajasthan and they came back on 21.03.2017. The Son-in-Law of the informant informed him on telephone to take back his daughter,

The informant alleged that the Son-inLaw poured kereosene oil on her daughter and killed her daughter along with her son. The petitioner is the Gotni of the deceased and resides separately. It is stated that it is a case of accidental death. The informant was present in the cremation of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class in connection with Phulwari Sarif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
