The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Goh P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten
