This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 10.04.2015, passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Navaniti Prasad Singh in Cr. Misc. No. 41653 of 2014.

On the last occasion, i.e., on 12.04.2019 also nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, the case was taken up on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23828 of 2019(4) dt.25-11-2020 2/2 30.06.2020, when also nobody appeared for the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
