JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceedings. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 245 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2021, is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and coaccused Parmod Sharma and Krishna Sharma have been granted bail vide order dated 10.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 31571 of 2021.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32104 of 2021(4) dt.10-01-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S.
