Patna High Court CWJC No.2088 of 2015 (11) dt.12-01-2017 2/2 12-01-2017 I. A. No. 31 of 2017 The present interlocutory application has been filed for withdrawal of CWJC No. 2088 of 2015. It is contended in paragraph 3 of the interlocutory application that the grievances of the petitioners have already redressed by the respondents concerned and the members of petitioner's Association are receiving their respective pension in the revised scales and other admissible benefits also in the manner as stated by the respondents no. 2 to 4 in their counteraffidavit. It has been pleaded that in the circumstances above said, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
