Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner no. 1 is said to have given one Dabia blow causing injury on the head of the informant and so far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, there is omnibus allegation of assault against him. Moreover, informant appears to have sustained simple injury and petitioners happen to be agnate of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 696/2015.
